We Are Committed to Your Pain Management
Our Mission Is to Provide a Professional & Honest Approach to Pain Management
Our goal at Hillside Pain Management is to control your pain so you can work and do those things you want to do. Our primary tools are procedures, mainly injections, to lessen your pain. If you are limited in what you do by pain, please ask your doctor to refer you to us.

Safe Environment
Currently we are following CDC guidelines to limit the spread of COVID-19. We have an active COVID policy in place for the safety of our patients, employees and guests.
No Extra Fees
We bill only for services rendered and will never add on extra fees.
Our Services
Our practice is focused on Interventional Pain Medicine. That is the discipline of medicine devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of pain and related disorders using interventional techniques. This is to manage subacute pain, independently or in conjuntion with orther modalities of treatment.
In other words, we carry out procedures (usually injections) to try to diminish pain and increase activity. No only do the physicians remain up to date by keeping up with the literature and attending conferences, but our nurses also attend national conferences, and frequently return to tell us we are still leading the way in the care we are providing.
Low Back Pain
Low back pain can incorporate a wide variety of symptoms. Symptoms can be mild to severe and nearly debilitating. Low back pain may start suddenly, or it could start and gradually get worse over time.
Neck & Arm Pain
Neck pain may be sharp and located in one spot, or it might feel less intense but spread across a broader region.
Post Shingles Pain
If the pain caused by shingles continues after the bout of shingles is over, it is known as post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN).
Sciatica
The symptoms of sciatica are commonly felt along the path of the large sciatic nerve.
Nerve Pain
Spinal structures and nerves are in proximity, creating the potential for irritation and pressure on the nerves.
Botox
In clinical studies, BOTOX injections were shown to be a safe and effective treatment for those who have 15 or more days of headaches each month, and whose headaches last for at least 4 hours.
Your Pain Management

"I have been a patient of Dr Calder's for about 7 years. He has treated me throughout the most painful time of my life. I believe he is extremely knowledgeable and I trust him completely. He always answers all of my questions thoroughly and listens to me patiently. His staff of nurses and technicians are also experienced and confident in their abilities, which comforts me. When I am in pain, I know I will get the very best treatment at Hillside. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone."
